For example

if the minimum wage of a government employee is 18,000, she will obtain RS 46,260 (18,000 x 2.57 = 46,260) Salary excluding all assignments according to the maximum factor of 2.57. If the adjustment factor increases from 2.57 to 3.68, then the same salary will be RS 95,680 (26000x3.68 = 95,680). This means that the general salary of employees will increase in RS 49,420.  If the conditioning factor is 3 times from 2.57 percent, then the basic payment of employees will increase RS 18,000 to RS 21,000, which means there will be an increase in RS 3000. If it is 3.68 per one hundred, then the salary will increase by 96 thousand.
