According to reports in the media, the Government of Modi can announce a walk in the adjustment factor of central and state employees, which in turn will boost the minimum wages of higher central employees. 


The central government employee unions have been for a long time, demanding a minimum RS rays output of 18,000 to RS 26,000 and the adjustment factor will rise from 2.57 times to 3.68 times. If the Government makes an advertisement with respect to the walk in the coincidence factor of the central employees, then its salary will increase accordingly. In fact, with the increase in the rental factor, the minimum wage will also increase. 


Employees are currently obtaining salaries under the deposit factor on the basis of 2.57 percent, which if they increase to 3.68 percent, there will be an increase in RS 8,000 in the minimum wage of employees. This means that the minimum payment of employees of the central government will be RS 18,000 to RS 26,000.

If the access factor rises to 3.68, the basic salary of employees will become RS 26,000. At this time, if your minimum wage is RS 18,000, then excluding assignments, you will get RS 46,260 (18,000 x 2.57 = 46,260) according to the maximum factor of 2.57.


Now, if the adjustment factor is 3.68, then its salary will be RS 95,680 (26000x3.68 = 95,680).


The Union Cabinet had approved recommendations from the 7th payment commission with 34 modifications. The new payment scales provided for the basic payment level payment rise from RS 7,000 per month to RS 18,000, while at the highest level I.E. Secretary, rose RS 90,000 to RS 2.5 Lakh. For class 1 officers, the initial salary was at RS 56,100.


Employees of the central government to obtain RS 2 Lakh as 18 months da arrears at one time.


Meanwhile, several media reports have also been reporting that the Union cabinet is contemplating taking the matter of discussion. A report by  a Hindi News, citing Shiv Gopal Mishra of the National Council of JCM, had mentioned above that arrears of level-1 arrears range from RS 11,880 to RS 37,554. Whereas, for level 13 (7th basic payment scale of CPC RS 1,23,100 to RS 2,15,900) or level-14 (pay scale), DA arrears in the hands of an employee will be 1,44,200- 2,18,200. The report also adds that the problems related to arrears between the National Council of JCM, the Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) and the Finance Minister were discussed. However, a concrete response was not received. Employees are still confirmed by demand and talks are about the government, according to reports.


 However, it is expected that soon this can be discussed with the Cabinet Secretary. According to the annual report of the Expenditure Department, there are a total of 48 central employees Lakh in the country and around 60 Lakh retirees.
